I am currently using USPS to ship all items. I will be shipping items to the United States only at this time. At time of checkout, input your 5 digit zipcode for shipping rates.
In packaging the pottery we reuse boxes, paper, cardboard, bubble wrap, ect. whenever possible. This helps us cut down on costs and waste. All pottery must be double wrapped in cardboard to prevent damage.
If you would like me to send one of my pieces as a gift directly to another person please use the contact form on the right of the page to message me when you purchase the item. We can discuss gift options via e-mail.
refunds and exchanges:
Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt and the buyer will be responsible for the costs of shipping incurred.
If an item arrives damaged, please let me know immediately by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. A picture of the damage will be needed for insurance purposes as well.
If you must cancel, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order.
issues with orders/disappearing items:
We have found an issue where after you put something in your cart and proceed to Paypal for payment, if you are somehow disconnected from Paypal before you are able to pay, your order goes into limbo and the item will show out of stock. If this happens, please use the contact form or email email@example.com to have the issue corrected. At this time there is no known fix for this other than tracking down the order, deleting it and re-adding the items to stock so you can place your order again.
